Employee Teams
OBJECTIVE
The Employee Teams option is used to form teams with multiple employees to facilitate Service Dispatch.

Create a new team
- Enter the required information in the Details tab:
Field
Description
Crew No.
Team number code.
NOTE: This code is generated automatically by the system during save.
NOTE: This code can be used with the Enter a Service Call and Service Dispatch options.
Description*
Description of the team of employees.
- Breakdown tab:
Field
Description
Emp No*
Employee's number.
NOTE: If the payroll module is installed, this field is from Employee Management in this module. Otherwise, it is from Define Employees in the Service Management module.
First and Last names*
First and last names of the employee entered in Define Employees.
Team Leader
Check the box to indicate that this employee is the team leader.
NOTE: The field "Team Leader" is mandatory to save the team created.
Responsible for Time Entry
Allows to indicate that an employee is considered responsible for time entry.
NOTE: A team leader will always be able to enter time for an employee part of their team, even if they are not responsible for entering time, so even if this box is not checked for them.
Equipment Code
Select an equipment code to link to the leader, if applicable.
Description
Enter a description of the employee team.
- Click Save.
